Our story began in 2016 as a business administration support firm known as Managed by Kal, founded by Kalin “Kal” Adams, our Founder and Principal Manager of the Adams Family. The company was guided by a clear mission: to drive sustainable growth and resilience while delivering reliable, mission-driven solutions to government, public, and private-sector partners. Since then, this mission has shaped our journey as we support safety, security, and emergency management efforts across Texas and beyond.

The company quickly grew and established itself as a trusted business tender by late 2017. By 2020, our portfolio of primary ventures expanded with the addition of State of Safe LLC and MOCO Forensics LLC. Shortly thereafter, we rebranded as Adams Holdings, reflecting our evolution into a multi-venture management firm and merging with our family core values.
